At O’Gorman Meats we offer a deepfreeze (home-freezing) service, slaughtering the customer’s own animals and tailoring to their own needs i.e. on the bone, de-boned, cut to size, packaged and labelled. All carcasses are hung in temperature controlled refrigerated rooms for a maximum of two weeks. It is then prepared on the day of collection to guarantee freshness.

As per routine with our own animals, the customer’s animals will be inspected by our Vet on the day of slaughter and again after slaughter. The carcass will then be inspected by our quality control team and is monitored and recorded on a HACCP approved system.
